Features/Application
• This series of connectors are mainly applied in electric vehicle, providing stable high voltage, small current transmission among systems.
• The outer shell is molded in engineering plastics with excellent flame-retardant and high temperature resistant ability, it also can meet the demand of the RoHS. Comparing to same sized metal connectors, it has lower cost and lighter weight.
• This series of connectors have locking catch structure and secondary locking system. The connector requires smaller installation space.
• Current rating range 16A~40A, supporting cable section from 2.5mm2 to 6.0mm2 to meet various electrical performance.
• Both plug and jack have electric shock protection function.
• Assembly manufacturing service as required.
• Excellent sealing performance, can meet IP67 when mated.
• This series of connectors can be interchanged with the original REM plugs.
• The feature of shield and HVIL (High Voltage Inter-lock) are optional.
